Iceberg and romaine mix with tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion and your choice of dressing (all homemade): ranch, creamy gorgonzola or balsamic vinaigrette. Our olive oils and balsamic vinegars are from our neighbors at The Olive Mill, a local shop on our street. — $4.50

CAESAR SALAD
Romaine lettuce with croutons, parmesan cheese and homemade dressing made the classic way with dijon mustard, egg yolks, olive oil, garlic and anchovies. Dressing is made fresh every morning. — $5.50

CAPRESE
Three large red tomato slices with soft buffalo mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced basil leaves and extra virgin olive oil. Balsamic vinegar available on the side by request. $8.75

GORGONZOLA FRUIT SALAD
Iceberg mix with gorgonzola cheese, apples, dried cranberries, croutons, red onion, walnuts and assorted fruits. Served with a fat-free raspberry dressing. A healthy but delicious salad we’ve become known for. $9

PIZZAS

Our pizzas are baked to order and can take a minimum of 20 minutes to cook, sometimes longer depending on ingredients and oven space. We roll out the dough fresh — when you order — instead of offering a precooked crust in order to provide the best product possible. Our pizzas are thin-crust and stone-oven baked. We sliced all of the ingredients fresh and you’ll never get canned mushrooms at Donatello’s. They make a great choice for adults and kids alike.

PASTAS
Our pastas are cooked fresh to order so please allow for cooking time. All of the sauces are made fresh daily and many are made when you order. There is a charge for extra sauces.

SPAGHETTINI MARINARA
Thin spaghetti — thicker than angel hair but thinner than spaghetti —just the perfect size, served with crushed san marzano tomatoes, chopped garlic, extra virgin olive oil and oregano. $15.50

BEEF RAVIOLI
Five pieces of large ravioli stuffed with beef and a very slight amount of spinach. Topped with our homemade tomato sauce which is smooth and full of flavor. $16

SPAGHETTINI BOLOGNESE
A hearty meat sauce, blended with carrots, onions, tomatoes, ground beef and Italian sausage, tossed with thin spaghetti. Don’t let the carrots and onions throw you off. They are pureed to add a slight sweetness as this dish is slow cooked every morning. Perfect Italian comfort food. $18.50

PENNE WITH PESTO SAUCE AND SHRIMP
Tube-shaped pasta with a homemade sauce made of fresh basil, artisan olive oil, chopped garlic and pine nuts. Topped with fresh steamed shrimp. The sauce is made fresh every morning and all of the ingredients are blended together for a bright vibrant green sauce. $20

SHRIMP DELICATO
Thin spaghetti with a garlic cream sauce and shrimp. Not as heavy as our other cream sauces but just as flavorful. The touch of garlic in the sauce is a nice addition to this alfredo-like sauce. $20

FETTUCCINE ALFREDO WITH CHICKEN
Fettuccine with cream sauce, shallots, diced chicken and parmesan cheese. The chicken is cooked to order and so it’s tender and juicy. Diced shallots sizzle in the pan to add a touch of sweetness. $19

PENNE PUTTANESCA
Tube-shaped pasta with crushed san marzano tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, kalamata olives, capers and anchovies. The anchovies melt away and add a nice salty flavor to this sea side classic. $17

TORTELLINI MICHELANGELO
Cheese-stuffed tortellini with onion, bacon, mushroom and a rich blush cream sauce. Our orange-tinted blush sauce is a combination of alfredo and tomato sauce. Filling but delicious. One of our house specialties we’ve become known for. $18

SPAGHETTINI CARBONARA
Thin spaghetti with a cream sauce made with diced onion, chopped bacon and fresh-ground parmesan.
An egg yolk is whisked in for added richness. By far our heaviest option on the menu, but very tasty. $18

ENTREES
Entrees are served with a chef’s choice of a side of starch and vegetable. There’s an additional charge for any changes to the sides. All of our sauces are made fresh when you order them.

VEAL DOLCE VITA
Tender scaloppini of veal cooked with a blush white wine sauce and topped with spinach, ricotta cheese and melted mozzarella. We make our blush sauce by whisking tomato sauce into our white wine sauce to give it that orange tint and slight sweetness. A unique dish and a house specialty. $24

VEAL MARSALA
Tender veal sautéed in a Marsala wine sauce with sliced mushrooms The sauce is reduced to order and mushrooms are sliced in house and are never canned. $24

VEAL SALTIMBOCCA
Means “jumps in the mouth” in Italian. Tender veal topped with prosciutto ham, sage and a white wine sauce. $24

CHICKEN ARTICHOKE
Boneless chicken breasts in a light white wine sauce cooked with artichokes, pistachio nuts and a dash of nutmeg. One of the lighter options on the menu but still full of flavor. $20

CHICKEN MARSALA
Boneless chicken breasts with button mushrooms and a Marsala wine sauce. The sauce is reduced to order and mushrooms are sliced in house and are never canned. An Italian classic done right. $20

CHICKEN PARMESAN WITH PASTA
Breaded boneless chicken topped with homemade tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Our sauce is made in house and our chicken is cooked to order and is never greasy. Served with a small side of thin spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce. $20

SHRIMP FRANCESE
Butterflied shrimp cooked with a light egg yolk batter and topped with a sauce made of lemon juice, butter and capers. No bread crumbs in the breading and it’s not fried. It’s a light French-style batter with an Italian sauce similar to Piccata style. $24

BEEF ROSSINI
Eight ounces of tender filet mignon, butterflied and cooked to your temperature and topped with a sauce made of brandy, shallots and porcini mushrooms. Please specify a temperature with your server. $28

Medium — Pink but not red
Medium Well — Only a slight amount of pink
Well Done — No pink, please allow extra time to cook
